Parking Passes – Resident parking passes must be displayed on your vehicle otherwise you are subject to being towed.
Visitor Passes – Visitor parking passes are available and must be displayed on any visitor vehicles when parking in the community. Vehicles that are parked and do not have a resident sticker or a visitor pass displayed are subject to being towed.
Gate Clickers – Gate clickers enable you to get access to the community via the front gate on Laramie or the back gate on Long.
Gate Code – Obtaining a gate code will allow for your visitors to call you from the gate directly to your cell phone. When you receive a call from the gate simply press “9” and the gate will open for your guest.
Pedestrian Gate Fobs – The pedestrian fobs are key fobs that you can use to gain entrance to the community via the pedestrian access gates.
Pet Tags – All pets must be registered in the community.
